About Us
Mary A Keysor, MAEd., PHR, RHU is a human resource strategist with extensive experience in the field of employee benefits and human resource risk management. Her experiences as a business owner, trainer, consultant and relationship builder have taught her the importance of developing proactive problem solving strategies and techniques. Mary provides training, education and consultation on a project basis to organizations in the areas of employee management, human resource regulatory compliance and organizational development. She is a member of the national Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM), SHRM of Greater Tucson (SHRM-GT), and the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She is also a member of the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and serves on the board for the Microbusiness Advancement Center (MAC) and Parent Aid Child Abuse Prevention Center. In her spare time, Mary is pursuing a PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University.
